These custom bust portraits make a great gift, memorial, or way to show off your beloved family member. The finished product is displayed in an embroidery hoop and finished with felt backing.
You can choose from a blonde wood or dark stained hoop, a plain canvas or watercolored background, and add your pet pal's name - if you aren't sure of color combinations, we're happy to suggest what design will look best.

Thread Painted Custom Pet Portrait
Once your order has been placed, send your reference photos to needlewildthreadwork@gmail.com. Please provide at least one clear reference photo of the subject (good pictures let us add better details to the finished work!). We will also work with you on the perfect color combination for the background and hoop, as well as any customization.
If you have no color preference, our default is a natural canvas background set in a blonde wood hoop.

When they're available, commissions slots are limited, as each thread painting can take a month to complete. After your order is placed, we will respond with the timeline of when you can expect to receive your completed portrait - if your slot is further out, we'll check in with you monthly so you know you're still in the queue.
